Shipping & Returns

Free Shipping to the Lower 48 States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii and other territories of the United States) is available! Some items are excluded from our free shipping policy ie: Front nose cuts, Front Clips and over sized items. Engine/Transmissions are usually attached onto pallets and secured with high tension-heavy duty tie cables.

Residential deliveries require lift gate services. The shipping company (dependent on carrier) will charge an additional rate of $50-$120.00. Upon order, we will provide a total cost for shipping if additional services are needed.

If in any case returns are made, customers are responsible for shipping charges. Please contact our company for RMA processing, any item returned without RMA paperwork will be denied. Any returned shipments due to un-deliverable circumstances will be responsibility of the customer/purchaser. We ensure that our company provides the best product available so that no returns are needed. Any item returned is subject to review,inspection and decision made forward by Japanese JDM Import Motors / Ichiban JDM.

Please ensure that you are aware and understand the product being purchased, we are not responsible for errors or incorrect orders due to customer negligence or customer error. If unsure or doubtful, please contact Ichiban JDM at 562-821-5700 prior to placing your order. Phone orders will be under assumption that the customer/buyer/client is providing information pertaining to make,model and year of the vehicle to its full accuracy. We will not be responsible for order errors in which information provided to Ichiban JDM via customer is false, or incorrect.

If in any case a product is returned, there will be a restocking fee placed on item(s) of 25% when applicable. All returns/exchanges must be pre-approved by Ichiban JDM. Any approved return shall be accompanied by a RMA number provided by ICHIBAN JDM / Japanese JDM Import Motors.
